the deal, in good faith

Terms

Reservations & refunds

When you reserve a deck, you’re placing a deposit — a way of saying “count me in” and helping us gauge whether there’s a real run to print. That money stays yours. Change your mind a week from now or a month from now, any time before your order actually ships, and we’ll refund it in full, no story required. Email us and it’s done. Once a deck has shipped, it’s a delivered product, and normal returns/defect terms apply instead — if it arrives damaged or wrong, we’ll make it right.

Pre-orders & the print run

This is a pre-sell, which means the deck isn’t sitting in a warehouse yet. A pre-order isn’t a guarantee of fulfillment until a print run is actually funded — physical printing has minimums, and we won’t run one at a loss or ship a corner-cut product. If the run funds, we print and ship, and your deposit becomes the purchase. If it doesn’t fund, we cancel the run and refund every deposit in full. You are never out money for a deck that never got made. The risk of “not enough interest” is ours to carry, not yours.

Ship windows

Any dates we give — “ships this fall,” a window on the order page, an estimate in an email — are estimates, not promises. Printing, materials, and the postal service all have minds of their own, and an honest indie timeline slips sometimes. We’ll keep you posted by email when a date moves.
